Top Gan is the adapted and inclusive holiday organization of Le Silence des Justes. In its own way, it is also where everything began.
Twenty-eight years later, Top Gan continues to organize stays across France for autistic people of all ages, in diverse environments that are inclusive by nature.

Stepping away from daily life is often where the greatest progress happens. A change of scenery reveals abilities that everyday routines do not always allow us to see.
Stepping away from daily life is often where the greatest progress happens. A change of environment creates new connections. It encourages adaptation and reveals unexpected resources. It highlights abilities that daily routines do not always make visible — in autonomy, communication, and self-confidence. These improvements often remain long after returning home.
For families, Top Gan stays also serve a vital function: providing relief. Caregiver exhaustion is a reality we do not minimize. When your loved one is welcomed into a safe and stimulating environment, you can finally rest, sleep, and reconnect with yourself.
