Working means existing in society. It means having a role, a purpose, and pride. For autistic individuals, access to the workplace is still too often a distant horizon.
This is not inevitable — it is a challenge the Silence des Justes has been addressing since 2015 through innovative, field-based programs.

Innovation focus: The robotics programming workshop (Hauts-de-Seine), led by two PhD researchers, reflects our belief: autistic individuals can excel in areas society often underestimates.
In 2019, the Silence des Justes supported the signing of the first employment contract for an autistic adult followed by the association. That moment changed something — for him, for his family, and for our team.
This milestone drives our ambition: that every person we support can find their place in the mainstream workforce. Not alongside it. Inside it.
Professional inclusion cannot be improvised. It is built step by step, with the right support.
